Donna Jean
Manager & Tattoo Apprentice
Donna is one of our owners and the original “shop mom”. She is one of the originators of Rad Ink and has been a huge part of studio design, customer service standards, branding, operations, human love and support, our website, and more.
Being a full time mom to her and Robbies son Zen has her stepping back from the day to day roles and is focusing her attention on taking care of baby Zen, managing and editing our website, as well as handling a number of behind the scenes tasks including promotional work.
Skizzi
Manager & Tattoo Apprentice
Skizzi (Sky) began her journey at Rad Ink two years ago at the front desk, where she discovered her hidden passion for tattooing. Now, she’s a vibrant and rising star, diligently developing her skills as an apprentice under the guidance of Robbie Ripoll. She’s currently offering $20 tattoos while she continues to grow her craft. Sky is truly the heart and soul of Rad Ink. Beyond the studio, she’s a loving mother to Catalella and Hendrix, and a huge fan of EDM festivals. Described as a mix of “hippie and hood,” she’s authentic, easy to talk to, and fiercely loyal. Don’t let the “princess” label fool you—she’s funny, stands up for what she believes in, and has a heart of gold. Jess Milam
Operations Manager
Jess is the heart and backbone of our studio. As our operations manager, she keeps everything running smoothly and makes sure we all keep our heads on straight—even when the ink is flying and the schedule’s packed. With a heart full of kindness and a sweet, nurturing nature, Jess brings calm to the chaos. But don’t let that fool you—she’s got just the right amount of sass to keep us all in check. Whether she’s organizing, uplifting, or simply making us laugh, Jess is the reason our team feels more like family.

Meet Sapphirah, the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. With a sweet and bubbly personality, she brings warmth, laughter, and a touch of glam to every client experience. Sapphirah keeps the front running smoothly, making sure everyone feels welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. But when the studio lights go down, she shines even brighter—delivering unforgettable performances as a fierce and fabulous drag queen. Whether behind the desk or on stage, Sapphirah is all about confidence, kindness, and making people feel amazing.
Mickayla Talley
Child Chaos Coordinator
Mickayla isn’t just our child care coordinator — she’s our hero. When life threw us a curveball and we suddenly had no one to care for our babies, she showed up with open arms and a heart full of love. Without her, we wouldn’t have been able to keep doing what we love—but because of her, our studio stayed alive, our kids stayed safe, and our hearts stayed full. She nurtures and cares for our little ones like they’re her own, with a kind of patience, grace, and warmth that can’t be taught.
She’s not just helping us—she’s holding us together. In a shop built on family, Mickayla is the glue. We are endlessly grateful for her, and truly, we don’t know what we’d do without her.
